Dwellbeing is a mobile app that helps you maintain your home, and rewards you for doing so.
Yes.
Once you create an account in the app with your Liberty Mutual® or Safeco® credentials, your status will be verified by the Dwellbeing team.
If you do not have an active Liberty Mutual or Safeco homeowners policy, you will no longer be able to access the app, and your accrued reward goes away.
By completing maintenance tasks and recording them within the app, you can accrue credits that are redeemable in the event of a covered claim, subject to our terms of service.
You can earn up to $25 per season ($100 annually) for completing maintenance tasks.
Rewards become available one week after they are earned for task completion, and are payable in the event of a covered claim, subject to our terms of service.
Up to your deductible amount as defined in your policy or displayed in your Declarations Page.

Dwellbeing deductible rewards will be available for any covered property loss to which a deductible applies, subject to our terms of service.
If approved, the reward will be paid out via a check mailed to the address listed on your policyholder account.
Once rewards are redeemed, they will be subtracted from your Dwellbeing reward balance.
